Bailey Compton, our Managing Director, holds a Practicing Certificate as a Legal Practitioner in New South Wales. He holds licenses in real estate, business broking and strata management. Bailey spent 11 years working for Fair Trading departments throughout Australia. His experience involves all aspects of real estate, property and finance. The 23 years of experience that Bailey brings to the table involves the making of laws, granting of licences, investigation, prosecution, defending people, structuring businesses and training those businesses to succed. These 7 components give Leverage Group a 360 degree understanding of small business, property and finance. Leverage Group has a 360-degree view of people’s lives. Since 2001, Bailey Compton has owned and operated an incorporated Legal practice with a very specific purpose; to provide the highest quality of Legal Advocacy and Real Estate Training. For 15 years prior to that, Bailey worked at the Office of Fair Trading in NSW and WA in the area of legislative reform, investigation, licensing and prosecution.
Joel Marshall - Solicitor

Margaret is head of our conveyancing team at Leverage Lifestyle Conveyancing. She has extensive experience in paralegal work with an emphasis on Real Property matters.
